CoQ10, or Coenzyme Q10, is a vital antioxidant found in every cell of our bodies. It is also known as ubiquinone. Knud Lockwood, MD., a cancer specialist in Copenhagen Demark studied 32 “high risk” breast cancer patients. His treatment was antioxidant vitamins, essential fatty acids, and CoQ10 (Bio Research Comm. March 30, ’94:199:1504-8). After 24 months all of his patients were still alive. One patient, age 74, had a tumor removed from her right breast. She refused additional operations to remove any additional growths. Instead she began taking 300mg of CoQ10 daily.
